Key Responsibilities
As an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, your typical day will include:
- Procuring sub-contractors
- Assisting with valuations of completed work and incurred costs
- Material take-offs for accurate costing and procurement
- Managing payments and invoicing
- Ad-hoc commercial administration across multiple projects
✅ Ideal Candidate
We’re looking for an AQS with:
- Proven experience in a similar role for a contractor
- CSCS card (advantageous)
- Refurbishment experience (advantageous)
- Based within commuting distance to Plymouth
- Full UK driving licence (site travel required)
