Sphere Solutions is working with an award-winning boutique house builder to recruit an ambitious and career-driven Assistant Site Manager. The company ethos is quality first, delivering high-end houses exceeding customers’ expectations.

You will assist with the following:

• Management of direct labour and sub-contractors
• You will ensure site health and site set-up is undertaken and in accordance to company standards and expectation
• Ensure that all orders for materials and subcontractors are made and recorded accurately.
• Monitor the quality of work on-site at the various stages, reporting to the Site Manager on progress
• Attend site meetings.
• NHBC and customer liaison

Suitable candidate:

• Experience as an Assistant Site Manager and new build housing experience is essential.
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid at Work.
• Must have a strong understanding of NHBC expectations.
• Live locally, with knowledge of the supply chain
