As Bid Manager, you will be based in the Bristol office and play a key role in securing some of the region’s most prestigious schemes.
You’ll work within a collaborative pre-construction team, managing the full bid process from initial enquiry through submission and handover.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the preparation and delivery of high-quality bids and proposals.
• Lead bid strategy meetings and coordinate inputs from estimating, design, planning, and commercial teams.
• Ensure compliance with client requirements, procurement processes, and deadlines.
• Produce persuasive, well-structured tender submissions that reflect the business’s brand and values.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Track bid progress and contribute to continuous improvement of bid materials.

About You

• Proven experience as a Bid Manager within a main contractor / Tier 1 construction environment.
• Strong understanding of the full bid and tender process.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• A proactive, detail-oriented approach and a passion for winning work.
