Building Services Manager

£70,000 – £80,000 + Package

We are seeking an experienced Building Services Manager to join a large-scale £multi-million new build scheme in Exeter.

In this role, you will manage the Mechanical & Electrical subcontractors throughout the Contractor Design Portion (CDP), design development, site installation, and commissioning—ensuring all works are fully coordinated and delivered to programme.

You’ll also champion the Perfect Delivery philosophy, upholding the highest standards of health & safety, quality, and client satisfaction.

About You

• Qualified in a relevant Mechanical or Electrical discipline
• Experience with a Tier 1 contractor (including pre-construction)
• Proven track record leading building services packages on major projects
• Strong technical knowledge of M&E procedures
• Ability to produce M&E design, installation & commissioning programmes
• Excellent planning and prioritisation skills
• Full UK driving licence
