This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in delivering a large-scale development to the highest standards. ## Your Role Will Include: – Managing M&E subcontractors through the Contractor Design Portion (COP), design development, site installation, and commissioning. – Ensuring all work is fully coordinated and delivered on schedule. – Championing perfect delivery, maintaining high standards of health & safety, quality, and client satisfaction. – Producing M&E design, installation, and commissioning programmes. ## What We’re Looking For: The ideal candidate will have: – Degree qualification in a relevant discipline (preferably Mechanical or Electrical). – Experience working with a Tier 1 contractor, including pre-construction experience. – A proven track record in leading building services packages on major projects. – Strong understanding of M&E procedures, with technical and professional expertise. – The ability to plan, prioritise, and meet targets effectively. – A full UK driving licence. ## Why Join?
