Contracts Manager

I’m looking to recruit an experienced Contracts Manager to work across the South West region.

Our client is a long-standing developer who creates and builds design-led housing developments of the highest quality across Devon, Cornwall and Somerset.

Due to continual growth in the region, from both sales and a healthy land bank, this opportunity has arisen for the North and Mid Devon areas, managing up to 4 sites at any one time.

Reporting to the Construction Director – you will manage experienced build teams whilst ensuring build programmes, financial targets and Health, Safety and Quality standards are continuously achieved.

What we’re looking for:

The ideal candidate will be a proven Contracts Manager within housebuilding coupled with knowledge of the NHBC both modern and traditional build methods. You will be a motivational leader who works well in a collaborative environment.

You will continually monitor performance, lead from the front and deliver an exceptional customer journey.

SMSTS, CSCS, FAW are a must will considering trade or academic backgrounds

A full driving license is required due to the locations of the sites
