Contracts Manager

We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager with Civils and/or groundworks engineering experience

• Cornwall
• Permanent
• Long-standing regional Contractor to manage their sites across Cornwall.

With an expansion phase in full swing and a large client base of repeat business this is a great time to join.

The Role:

• You will be tasked with the overall operations management of sites, to provide on-site health and safety, ensuring compliance and standards are always met.
• Managing site teams, and site supervisors.
• Programmes and planning is in place to deliver sites on time and in budget.
• Attend pre-let meetings, regular liaison with the client on progress

Requirements:

• Experience at Contracts Manager level with – civils, groundworks, and surfacing will be considered
• SMSTS and a good level of health and safety management
• Commercial/financial understanding
• Full Driving License as sites will be across all of Cornwall

On offer is a competitive salary paying circa £65,000, a company vehicle and a pension.
