Are you an experienced Construction Estimator looking for a new challenge? One of our top clients, a prestigious and well-established main contractor in Cardiff, is seeking a talented professional to join their team. With over 20 years in the industry and a diverse project portfolio up to £40 million, this is a prime opportunity for career growth.

Working within an established pre-con team, you will Report to the Pre Construction Manager,  with the following roles and responsibilities:

• Coordinate the tender process in a timely fashion
• Accurate measurement using both CAD and manual measures
• Production of tenders using Causeway
• Develop relationships with the design team and clients
• Develop relationships, quality and the range of the supply chain
• Identification of areas of risk and opportunity

This role would suit an experienced Estimator from a main contractor background who resides close to the Cardiff area and is able to work on larger schemes ideally. This is the ideal opportunity to work for a market-leading business that is secure with a strong pipeline of work.
