Do you have a strong civils background and are used to managing multiple contracts?

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee multiple Contracts Managers and a number of utilities, renewable energy and civils projects in both Devon and the wider area.

Reporting directly to the Construction Director you will manage the timely delivery of numerous sites, overseeing the management team, ensuring sites are delivered within programme and budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing several Contracts Managers, responsible for all civils project team delivery.
• Ensuring project programming, planning and delivery are achieved
• Ensure company health and safety standards are continuously met.
• Regular reporting on financial progress, and deliverable timescales

Key Requirements:

• Previous Civil Engineering knowledge and experience, with Solar Farm/Renewable Energy being a distinct advantage
• Must have a strong proven operational management background.
• Must have worked in a civil engineering at a senior capacity
• Contract Management background with SMSTS, CSCS and FAW
• With expected travel
