Plant & Asset Manager – Leading Groundworks Contractor
A leading groundworks contractor in the South West is seeking a Plant & Asset Manager to oversee its expanding plant department.

The Role
You’ll be responsible for managing assets, overseeing certifications & records, liaising with suppliers & workshop teams, and ensuring smooth daily operations of the Plant Department.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee 800+ plant items, HGVs, vans & small tools.
- Maintain certifications & compliance records.
- Track plant movements & GPS data.
- Manage supplier relationships & new equipment purchases.
- Handle invoice approvals & reporting.
About You
- Experience in plant, parts, or vehicle management.
- Strong organisational & leadership skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
- Forward-thinking & detail-oriented.
