Pre-Construction Manager

Exciting opportunity to join one of the cities leading construction companies as their Pre-Construction Manager.

You will take responsibility for all of the company’s preconstruction activities, including tenders, delivering market-leading Quality and bid Documents, and preconstruction administration.

The Role:

• Support the Pre-Construction team regarding administrative tasks
• Review of project information, editing and writing materials
• Manage PQQ’s, tenders and negotiation stages
• Visit site when appropriate
• Liaise with clients, designers, project teams and subcontractors
• Ensure bid documents are of the highest quality in both design and content.

The Person:

• Must have experience in a similar role, does not need to be within construction
• Highly competent user of all Microsoft Office applications
• Knowledge of construction and terminology an advantage although training will be provided
• Able to adapt to changing work priorities at short notice, take on the ideas of others and adapt own way of working

What you will get in return:

• Salary between £40,000-£45,000 depending on experience and qualifications
• 26 days annual
