Senior Estimator and Project Manager

Location: Plymouth – with occasional travel

One of our clients, an Interior fit-out contractor, is looking to recruit a Senior Estimator & Project Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.

The successful applicant will play a key leadership role responsible for accurately estimating project costs and managing all phases of interior construction projects from inception to completion.

Daily duties will include:

• Producing accurate and detailed quotations
• Project managing commercial and educational premises refurbishments
• Develop the project delivery processes, subcontractors, pricing and estimating procedures to deliver profitable projects
• Liaise with Sales Team
• Create work schedules and programmes for subcontractors to price from
• Create detailed costed quotations

Suitable candidates:

• Relevant and up-to-date qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Estimating, or a related field
• Proven track record estimating and project management within the commercial and/or educational sector
• Proficiency in construction estimating and project management tools such as MS Project, Procore, FONN
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure

On offer:

• Salary up to £60,000 for the right candidate
• £6,000 Car Allowance
• Profit share discretionary bonus scheme
