Project Manager – Precast Concrete Frame & Envelope Works

£75,000 – £85,000 + Package
Full-Time | Permanent

Sphere Solutions are recruiting on behalf of a leading Tier 1 contractor for a Project Manager to take charge of precast concrete frame and ancillary envelope works on a major construction project in Exeter.

This role will involve overseeing the full delivery cycle for the following workstreams:

• Manufacture and installation of precast concrete frames
• Pod manufacture and on-time delivery
• Window manufacture, delivery & installation
• Curtain wall installation post-frame completion
• Roofing works to enable timely start of internal trades

Your Responsibilities

• Manage your scope from Point of Transfer through to Practical Completion
• Coordinate production and site delivery across multiple suppliers and locations
• Uphold quality, safety, and programme delivery standards at all times
• Ensure compliance with company systems, reporting, and contract obligations
• Lead your team to overcome challenges and meet time and financial targets
• Maintain a clean, organised and safety-focused site environment

What We’re Looking For

• Experienced Project Manager with precast concrete or major envelope package background
• Track record managing complex packages across manufacturing, logistics, and on-site installation
• Strong understanding of safety, budget control, and programme management
• Inspirational leadership and problem-solving mindset
• Able to drive performance, coordination, and progress reporting
