Project Manager

Are you an expert in the construction industry looking for your next role as a Project Manager? I am looking for a natural leader, to join a project starting imminently in Truro, Cornwall.

This is a superb opportunity to join a forward-thinking growing contractor who are about to embark on an eagerly awaited scheme.

Your new role will consist of:

• Manage all on-site teams, ensuring both programme and budget is on track.
• Ensure that all on-site policies and health and safety procedures are adhered to.
• Liaison with the commercial team from pre-construction to completion of projects.
• Monitoring site activities, site programming and planning.
• Chair site meetings and liaise with the client and their representatives.
• Work with the Contracts Manager to deliver this large project.

You would suit this role if you had the following:

• Proven track record as a Project Manager on build and refurbishment projects.
• NEC form of contract is advantageous
• A good all-round knowledge of the construction processes and modern construction methods.
• Good programming and planning skills; being able to utilise Power Project would be advantageous.
• SMSTS, CSCS, FAW essential
