This is an exciting opportunity to work on a wide range of refurbishment and small new build projects ranging in value from £100k to £5Million, across diverse sectors including:

Key Responsibilities

As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key commercial role across multiple sites. Your day-to-day will include:

• ️ Managing subcontractors to ensure smooth and efficient delivery
• Valuing work completed and tracking costs incurred
• Completing accurate material take-offs for procurement
• Carrying out various commercial tasks across multiple live projects
• ✅ Managing final accounts and ensuring profitability

About You – What We’re Looking For

To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

• ✔️ Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor with a main or regional contractor
• ✔️ A valid CSCS card
• ✔️ Strong experience with refurbishment projects (essential)
• ✔️ A full UK driving licence – project travel required
• ✔️ Based within a commutable distance to Truro
