Quantity Surveyor

I’m working on an exciting opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join a main contractor to work on a large-scale project.

• Devon
• Permanent

Ideally, suitable candidates will come from a strong contracting background.

Responsibilities will include…..

• Take commercial responsibility for the allocated section of works
• Assist in the preparation of package commercial plans and targets
• Manage monthly project cash and turnover forecasts for all packages whilst preparing and monitoring risk
• Assist the procurement team in producing package procurement documents
• Assist in commercial and contractual discussions with relevant supply chain members
• Final Accounts Preparation

Qualifications and Skills:

• A degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or a related field is preferred
• Must have a proven background in quantity surveying roles within the construction industry
• Strong understanding of contract administration, procurement, and change management processes.
