Are you a Quantity Surveyor in the Plymouth area looking to take the next step in your career? Sphere Solutions are working with a rapidly expanding regional contractor to recruit a Quantity Surveyor. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of refurbishment and small new build projects ranging from £100k to £2Million, across sectors including Education, Defence, Healthcare, Retail, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Quantity Surveyor, your typical day will include:

• Sub-contractor management to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Valuations of work completed and costs incurred.
• Material take-offs for accurate costing and procurement.
• Ad-hoc commercial duties as needed on various projects.
• Management of final accounts to ensure projects are delivered within budget.

Suitable Candidate / Qualifications:

We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor with:

• Proven experience working in a similar role with a contractor.
• CSCS card for site access and safety.
• Experience with refurbishment projects (essential).
• Residing within a commutable distance to Plymouth.
• A full driving license to travel to various project sites.
