Quantity Surveyor

Our client is a major Tier 1 Contractor that operates throughout the South Wales area.

Due to the award of a major build project, over 200 million pounds, they have approached us with the requirement to recruit a Quantity Surveyor permanently.

• The role will involve playing a key part in the overall commercial delivery of the scheme, reporting to the commercial lead.
• You will likely look after various packages across the project.
• Candidates will come from a main contracting background, ideally having worked on larger projects previously and will reside within commutable distance of the Cardiff area.
