Sphere Solutions is currently recruiting a Senior Planner to join a Tier 1 contractor to manage the preconstruction and planning phases of projects across Devon and Cornwall.

Based in Plymouth with potential hybrid working available in various offices situated across the Southwest.

Responsibilities:

• Build compliant NEC & JCT programmes from quantity take-offs, considering build requirements, site logistics, and preliminary compilations.
• Create programmes from procurement to handover, encompassing design, approvals, construction activities, MEP, commissioning, and handover requirements.
• Contribute to the internal planners reporting pack for monthly commercial meetings, including rescheduling, progress tracking, and percentage completion updates.
• Analyse information from team members, supply chain partners, consultants, and clients to ensure project success and efficiency.

Requirements:

• UK building experience is essential
• Proficiency in Asta Power Project and 4D planning.
• Extensive experience in managing education, healthcare and commercial construction projects from £10m – £50m
• Previous experience analysing subcontractor programs to include in the main construction programme
