Senior Quantity Surveyor – Plymouth

We have an excellent opportunity to join a market leader within house building. My client is looking for a highly experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor with a strong housing background to join a large residential scheme in Plymouth.

To be successful, you must have experience in leading commercial activities on mixed tenure developments. You must be proven in commercial and risk management on similar schemes, be able to optimise cashflow, present and agree external valuations, and prepare and manage key and large risk subcontract accounts.

• Proven experience with either a main contractor or developer
• Must be able to demonstrate strong account management and commercial experience
• Able to successfully communicate and create rapport to form positive working relationships
• BSc Hons Quantity Surveying or equivalent (preferred)
• Experience using COINS would be advantageous
