Your responsibilities will include: – Managing the commercial and contractual aspects of a high-specification residential project – Preparing and managing budgets, forecasts and cost reports – Subcontract procurement, tendering and negotiation – Managing valuations, variations, payments and final accounts – Monitoring project costs and identifying commercial risks and opportunities – Working closely with the construction team to maintain commercial control – Managing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, subcontractors and suppliers – Ensuring contractual obligations are understood and effectively managed – Providing accurate and timely commercial reporting – Maintaining a high level of attention to detail throughout the project lifecycle ## About You We are looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor with a strong background in construction and, ideally, significant experience working on high-end residential, luxury residential or bespoke construction projects. You will be commercially capable, organised and confident managing a project with a high level of complexity and specification. Just as importantly, you’ll have a real eye for detail and understand the level of care and precision required when delivering exceptional homes. The ideal candidate will have: – Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor / Quantity Surveyor – Experience working on high-specification or luxury residential projects – Strong commercial and contractual knowledge – Excellent attention to detail – Experience managing subcontractors, valuations, variations and final accounts – Strong negotiation and communication skills – The ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with the wider project team – A professional and proactive approach – The ability and willingness to travel to Oxfordshire ## What’s on Offer?
