Site Manager

We have a unique opportunity for an experienced Site Manager to join an award-winning team to deliver a new-build housing site in Helston.

• Ashton, near Helston,
• Cornwall

Working with an experienced team, you will take charge of delivering this unique site. With a considered and realistic build programme, quality and delivery are at the forefront of this site, ensuring a high-end unit is handed over every time.

You will take charge of on-site teams, including sub-contractors, on-site health & safety and material control. You will be responsible for the site’s short-term programming and reporting on site progress.

• To be considered for this role, you will need to have good volume housing and experience of building with timber frame.
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid at Work will all be required and ideally, you will have a trades background and have worked with the local supply chain.
• Initially offering a Fixed Term Contract, for the right individual this could be a permanent opportunity.
