Sphere is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Site Manager to lead the construction of a new school in Bodmin. As the Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the construction process, ensuring that the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate all construction activities on site, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control.
• Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and construction workers to ensure efficient and timely completion of the project.
• Implement and enforce health and safety regulations on site.
• Ensure that the construction project meets all relevant building codes and regulations.

Requirements:

• SMSTS, First aid and CSCS card essential
• Previous Tier 1 contracting experienced essential
• Proven experience as a Site Manager, preferably in the education sector.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
