We are seeking a Site Manager to assist with a programme of small works across Cornwall, working with an experienced operational team, you will assist in delivering a program of capital works, ranging from small external works to redecoration or a small new build.

The successful candidate will manage site teams, sub-contractors, on-site health and safety and compliance, ensuring project delivery both on time and within budget.

What you will need:

• Experience in a similar role, working as a Principal Contractor, managing trades and the supply chain.
• Current in date SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid.
• Ideally, an ONC / HNC or level 6 NVQ in a construction-related subject, experienced trade route will also be considered.
• Longevity with previous employers and a good understanding of various forms of contract.
