Location: South Devon
Salary: Up to £60,000 (DOE)

Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a unique and prestigious scheme in South Devon.

The project involves the refurbishment and construction of an existing structure, delivered to a high-end, luxury finish. This forms part of a wider multi-phase development, offering long-term, local work on future phases.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day site operations
• Oversee subcontractors and ensure works are delivered safely and to programme
• Maintain exceptional quality standards, particularly with high-end finishes and joinery
• Coordinate works within a live, occupied farm and hotel environment
• Ensure compliance with all health & safety regulations
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders
• Manage programme, logistics, and sequencing of works

Requirements & Experience

• Proven experience as a Site Manager or Project Manager on high-quality construction projects
• Background with a Tier 2 contractor (preferred over volume housebuilding)
• Experience in refurbishment, fit-out, or bespoke/high-end builds
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• SMSTS and First Aid at Work (essential)
