Site Manager – New Build Housing

We are looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to oversee a new build housing development in Ilfracombe, North Devon. This is a permanent role with a reputable residential developer, offering long-term local work.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day running of a new build housing site
• Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and site logistics
• Ensure works are delivered safely, on programme, and to required quality standards
• Maintain high standards of health & safety and site compliance
• Liaise with the wider project and technical team as required

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Site Manager on new build housing projects
• Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certificates (essential)
• Strong leadership and organisational skills
• Good knowledge of local subcontractors in North Devon is highly advantageous
