️ Site Manager – Torquay

Location: Torquay
Salary: £55,000 – £60,000 + Package
Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time

Are you an experienced Site Manager looking for a permanent role with a reputable contractor?
This is an excellent opportunity to lead the delivery of a £4M steel frame commercial project in Torquay, including office fit-out and civils works (car park, external works).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily site operations, ensuring timely delivery to the highest standards
• Coordinate subcontractors, trades, suppliers, and site labour
• Enforce health, safety, and environmental compliance
• Monitor construction programme and report to senior management
• Maintain site records and oversee quality control processes

✅ Requirements

• SMSTS, First Aid at Work, and CSCS (Black or White) – Essential
• Asbestos Awareness – Desirable
• Experience in managing steel frame and commercial builds
• Strong knowledge across both structural and internal fit-out stages
• Excellent communication, organisation, and leadership skills
• Project Managers with relevant experience are also encouraged to apply
