Are you an experienced Site Manager with a passion for delivering high-quality projects? We’re working with a well-established and highly respected main building contractor in Cardiff who is seeking a Site Manager to join their team on a flagship heritage refurbishment scheme.

This is a permanent opportunity to play a key role on a Grade I listed project for a major client. You’ll be reporting to an experienced Lead Project Manager and will be part of a collaborative, professional team that prides itself on delivering excellence.

The Role:

• Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring work is delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standard
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and internal teams
• Monitor site progress, maintain records and report regularly to the PM
• Support the team in maintaining excellent client relationships

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager in a main contractor environment
• Strong organisational and leadership skills
• Solid IT proficiency – comfortable with digital reporting tools, drawings, and project software
• A steady career history and commitment to quality
• Heritage/Grade I refurbishment experience is advantageous but not essential – a sharp eye for detail and a respectful approach to working on historic structures is key
