Site Manager-Externals

We are looking to recruit a Site Manager with experience in managing external packages.

• Permanent

You will join an experienced site team on a large multi-million pound new-build apartment block/s on the outskirts of Exeter. Suitable candidates will have experience managing external works, which will include; brickwork, windows, steel frame erection and landscaping.

The role:

• Quality control/ and package management
• Chair run progress/coordination meetings
• Check, write and authorise RAMS
• Experience with brickwork materials call-offs/management
• Able to work autonomously to drive the programme
• Reporting to the Project Manager to achieve programme and objectives.

To be considered:

You need to have similar construction experience and have good knowledge of external trades. Along with good IT skills and have SMSTS, CSCS and FAW.
