I am working with a regional contractor, known for their repeat business and quality of work to recruit a permanent Site Manager to join their team, working on projects across Devon.

Suitable candidates will have good experience in both refurbishment and new build Be confident in managing sub-contractors and on site HSE to coordinate works efficiently and hand over quality projects ranging from £500k – £1m. Projects will include; universities, schools, industrial units & commercial projects.

• SMSTS, CSCS and FAW will be required as will a full DBS check.
• Ideally you have a trades background and have worked in a similar role with proven longevity with previous employers.
• This is a permanently employed role, covering sites across Devon, you will get a fully expensed company van & fuel card, annual leave, pension contribution and company IT.
