Site Manager

You will manage the construction of a large timber frame development, with an Assistant reporting to you.

• Newquay
• £70,000-£75,000 & package
• Permanent

You will ensure that targets are met regarding Health & Safety and keep a close on the quality, customer care and cost across the site.

To be successful in this role, you will need the following:

• A proven background working to an established build programme, managing key priorities and dealing with some unexpected challenges on site.
• In-depth knowledge of all aspects of house building, particularly timber frame.
• Must be able to deal with customers and potential customers in all aspects of the build.
• NVQ 5 in Construction Management, SMSTS, CSCS card & First Aid at Work.
