Sphere Solutions are looking to recruit an experienced Site Manager, with a strong housing background to join a contractor going through an exciting growth period.
Key Responsibilities:
- To manage sub-contractors and site labour
- Working to programmes and budgets
- Ensure compliance and Health and Safety Regulations are in place and met at all times
- Liaise with the Contracts Manager to ensure build programme and discuss any issues
Suitable candidates:
- SMSTS, First Aid at Work, CSCS Card
- Stone/Masonry Build experience is essential
- Good supply chain management ability
- Excellent team working skills
- Proactive approach
- Passionate about Health & Safety
