Technical Manager
Permanent / Full-time
£45,000-£55,000 & Package
I am working with an independent award winning house building company who pride themselves on delivering quality homes, to recruit a Technical Manager.
As a Technical Manager, you will ensure operational teams have accurate, sufficient information to progress the works in accordance with the requirements. You will ensure the companies requirements are fully represented in the consultants design and that the works are constructed in accordance with the design.
You will report to the Technical Director, tasked with the following:
  • Monitor, review and comment on currently employed consultants and refer to Head of Technical & Directors
  • Take control of the design process – from planning application stage through to project completion
  • The technical team work collaboratively to deliver considered and buildable design solutions, within agreed programme constraints to our project teams, with assistance from a selected and monitored consultant supply chain.
  • Attend Site Meetings as required
Suitable candidates:
  • Longevity with previous employers
  • Architectural or engineering background
  • NHBC experience and knowledge
  • Commercial acumen
  • Experience working for a housing developer with strong leadership skill
  • Excellent drive and determination to deliver good quality houses
  • Full driving license
My client will also accept applications from experienced Senior Technical Co-ordinators.
On offer is a salary up to £55,000 & package dependent on experience.
This will be full-time based in the Office, not option to work from home.
