They have an exciting opportunity for a Planner to join their friendly team in Exeter.

About the role….

• Take responsibility for delivering profitable development opportunities to meet targets and programmes
• Progress and manage the planning processes
• Provide town planning advice
• Assess planning risks prior to land purchase, considering all planning issues and investigating to quantify any risks
• Liaise with in-house or external architects
• Prepare project development assessments

This is a permanent and full-time role, offering a starting salary of £55,000 & package.

This is negotiable depending on experience and qualifications.

Suitable candidates will possess the following:

• Relevant and recent experience in a similar role within housing
• Member of the RTPI of degree level in T&C planning
