Design Coordinator/Manager

I’m seeking an experienced Design Coordinator or Manager to join our award-winning regeneration contractor on a prestigious Bath project.

Due to the award of this key scheme, they are looking for someone to work alongside the lead Design Manager on the scheme which will run for approximately 3 years.

• You will have exposure to all elements of the scheme and play a key role in the overall delivery of the technical design.
• This role would suit a design coordinator or manager from a housing or main contracting background, or someone from an architectural background looking to get into main contracting.
