Graduate / Assistant Quantity Surveyor
Sphere Solutions are currently recruiting for a Graduate/Assistant Quantity Surveyor
- Cardiff
- £30k – £35k + package
- Permanent
Our client specialises in the following sectors:
- Residential (apartment projects, including private and student accommodation)
- Commercial
- Health
- Education
- Public
- Hotel & Leisure
- Industrial and Infrastructure
They provide the following supply and install services for carpentry and joinery packages:
- Doorsets and ironmongery, including all aspects of fire, acoustic and security requirements
- Bespoke joinery, such as wall panelling and reception areas
- Skirting, architraves, window boards, stair stringers
- Glazed screens
- Furniture, wardrobes, cabinets, vanity units
- Reception desks, fixed seating and feature walls
- Timber flooring
- Staircases, kitchens and miscellaneous joinery requirement
They are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:
- Ideally degree qualified and graduated
- Resides locally in the area and has a full driver’s license
- Preferably some JCT experience but not essential
- Post-graduate construction experience (preferable)
- Motivated and eager to learn and progress
