About the Role

We are currently seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a leading Tier 1 Contractor delivering a diverse portfolio of MOJ (Ministry of Justice) projects across South East Wales. Key Responsibilities

The successful applicant will play a key leadership role responsible for accurately estimating project costs and managing all phases of interior construction projects from inception to completion.

Daily duties will include:

Producing accurate and detailed quotations
Project managing commercial and educational premises refurbishments
Develop the project delivery processes, subcontractors, pricing and estimating procedures to deliver profitable projects
Liaise with Sales Team
Create work schedules and programmes for subcontractors to price from
Create detailed costed quotations

Suitable candidates:

Relevant and up-to-date qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Estimating, or a related field
