Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate all project documentation, drawings, specifications, and technical information required for the build process
- Maintain close communication with the Operations Manager and delivery team to ensure information is accurate, complete, and issued on time
- Attend internal and external project meetings, capturing actions and ensuring information is clearly communicated
- Liaise with the supply chain to gather, review, and coordinate design and technical data
- Support the build team by ensuring all pre-construction and construction-phase information is compliant and ready
- Oversee document control, updates, drawing revisions, and registers
- Keep the project on track from a technical and administrative perspective, identifying gaps in information and driving solutions
- Assist with QA processes, build reviews, and compliance checks
- Work collaboratively with design teams, consultants, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders

- Experience in a similar Project Manager or technical coordination role

About the Role
