Key Responsibilities:

  • Report directly to the Senior Management Team on key project developments and issues.

  • Direct and supervise subcontractors and workforce to ensure timely, high-quality, and on-budget project delivery.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Contracts or Project Manager delivering projects up to £10M.
  • SMSTS, First Aid at Work & CSCS required.
  • NVQ Level 6 in Construction Management (preferred).
  • Strong leadership skills with a proactive, problem-solving approach.
  • Willingness to travel within a one-hour radius of the Exeter office.
