We seek an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a renowned shopfitting contractor.

Reporting to the head of Commercial you will manage several projects, taking financial responsibility ensuring project costs are monitored, budgets adhered to, and project costs delivered.

The role:

• Sub-contractor procurement
• Cost reporting, valuations and variations
• Invoicing and payments
• Final accounts

To be considered you will need to have experience in a similar role, fit-out experience would be advantageous but not essential, HNC or degree qualified, good IT skills and live within a commutable distance to Plymouth. A full UK driving license will be required as some travel will be expected as sites are national.

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to manage retail fit-out contracts across the South of England, in particular Tesco workstreams,

• The role will be varied, working on multiple contracts – you will take charge of the site teams & supply chain, on-site health and safety, site planning, and client liaison. Reporting on project delivery, budget and programme.
  Sites will be across the South so regular travel will be expected, with the reporting office being in Devon you will be required to report to this office once / twice a fortnight.
• You will need experience in a fast-track fit-out environment, Tesco account management is required, along with an SMSTS, CSCS and construction-related qualification.
