Client Relationship Coordinator

Location: Bovey Tracey
Type: Permanent (Full time – 8am to 5pm)
Salary: £30,000 – £32,000

Sphere Solutions are working with a local, independent Brick & Stone specialist to recruit a Client Relationship Coordinator to join their friendly office based in South Devon. As one of the region’s largest suppliers of Brick & Stone, they require someone to help further build and maintain client relationships, ensuring all customer needs are met and services exceed expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

Liaise with new and existing customers, building long-term relationships and ensuring satisfaction with products and services.
Communicate effectively with the sales team and liaise with suppliers to manage expectations around timescales and quality.
Maintain accurate records of all communications and follow-up actions.
Collaborate closely with the sales team, accounts department, and other internal colleagues.

Candidate Requirements:

Strong customer service background, ideally within a construction-related environment.
High attention to detail with a proactive and forward-thinking attitude.
Confident phone manner with a pragmatic approach to customer interactions.
Strong IT skills, proficient in Microsoft Office.
Capable of managing individual workload while working collaboratively as part of a team.

What’s On Offer:

Salary: £30,000 – £32,000 (DOE)
Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm (1 hour lunch)
Holidays: 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
