The Opportunity
Due to sustained growth and a healthy pipeline of secured work, our client is seeking experienced Project Managers and Senior Project Managers to lead high-profile projects from inception to completion.
You’ll be responsible for driving quality, safety, and programme performance, while leading project teams and maintaining excellent client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of projects across South Wales (Swansea to Newport)
- Manage budgets, timelines, and quality standards
- Lead site teams and subcontractors to deliver exceptional results
- Oversee compliance with health & safety regulations
- Foster strong working relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders
About You
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager in the construction industry
- Track record delivering projects up to £30m in value
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Background in refurbishment, new build, or heritage work is advantageous

Key Responsibilities
- Manage tender opportunities across all civil engineering sectors.
- Take responsibility for a tender from receipt through to submission.
- Collaborate with the wider preconstruction and operations team to develop competitive and compliant tenders.
Key Requirements
- Strong experience in civil engineering projects.
- Sound knowledge of outputs and resource build-up.
- Familiarity with temporary works and associated estimating considerations.
Desirable Criteria
- Previous experience in the renewables market.
- Proficiency in estimating software (e.g., Causeway).
- Willingness to travel to sites as needed (role based in Bridgend office).
