The Role
As a Senior Estimator, you will:
- Lead the preparation of cost estimates and tender submissions for projects across commercial, education, residential, healthcare, and mixed-use schemes.
- Work closely with the pre-construction and delivery teams to ensure competitive and accurate pricing.
- Develop innovative solutions to add value during the tender process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and supply chain partners.
About You
- Proven experience as an Estimator with a Tier 1 or Tier 2 main contractor.
- Strong commercial acumen and technical knowledge of construction methods.
- Ability to lead tender submissions on schemes ranging from £10m to £100m+.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

Operating across a diverse range of sectors, they are now seeking a Health and Safety Advisor to support their continued growth across the Wales and West region, reaching as far south as Exeter.
The Role:
Reporting to the Regional Health, Safety & Environmental Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful implementation and management of health and safety systems across multiple live projects. You’ll work closely with site teams to promote a strong safety culture and ensure full compliance with internal policies and legislative requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and advise site management teams on all aspects of health and safety.
- Monitor, review, and improve health and safety performance across multiple projects.
- Carry out site inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
- Deliver toolbox talks and safety briefings.
- Assist with incident investigations and the implementation of corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate HSE documentation and reports.
About You:
- Proven experience as a Health and Safety Advisor in the construction industry.
- NEBOSH Construction Certificate (or equivalent) essential.
- Strong working knowledge of current H&S legislation and construction site requirements.
