Senior Design Manager – Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the design process on a £30m healthcare construction project
- Coordinate consultant teams, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders
- Drive design programme to meet key project milestones
- Manage risk, compliance, and technical approvals
- Ensure design solutions are practical, cost-effective, and buildable
- Oversee BIM coordination and technical integration

Senior Design Manager – Requirements
- Proven experience as a Senior Design Manager or Design Manager on large construction projects
- Experience delivering healthcare, laboratory, or technically complex schemes preferred
- Strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations and construction standards
- Tier 1 or large main contractor experience desirable
- Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills
- Relevant construction qualification (HNC/HND/Degree or equivalent)
