About the Role

As a Site Manager, you will manage site delivery, ensuring quality, health & safety compliance, and effective coordination of subcontractors. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.


Key Responsibilities

Oversee site operations, ensuring projects meet deadlines and quality standards.
Manage risk, report issues upstream, and implement mitigation measures.
Promote a strong safety culture, conducting inductions, briefings, and toolbox talks.
Coordinate subcontractor activities to ensure compliance with project specifications.

Experience & Requirements

5+ years’ experience in site management within construction.
✔ Strong knowledge of civils, steelwork, cladding & FFE packages.
