I am working with a well-run Interiors specialist to recruit an Office Manager to work closely with the Managing Director of the business to ensure the office & business is run smoothly.
As well as ensuring the day-to-day operations in the office are running smoothly, you will also play an important part in the financial aspect of the business which will include producing invoices, chasing client payments, managing subcontractor timesheets and more.
The appointed person will oversee the daily operations of the office, ensuring efficiency and professionalism in all aspects of administrative support.
You will be required to help assist in the quotation of drylining, ceiling, flooring and decoration works – with the assistance of the team.
Other duties will include:
- Supervise and coordinate office activities and operations
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary
- Handle scheduling, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Assist in HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, and performance management

As a Contracts Manager you will oversee the planning, management, and execution of minor works contracts across a range of sectors, including commercial, education, heritage, local authority/government and MoD.
The role requires a combination of strong project management and pricing skills to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required standards. The successful candidate will manage multiple projects simultaneously, develop client relationships, and work closely with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
The role:
- Tender preparation – reviewing, specification and preparing costs, value engineering
- Cost breakdowns of labour, material, plant, subcontract quotes/negotiation
- Budget management – monitor project costs, variations and cost reporting
- Project delivery – compliance with the contract specifications
- Programming – project time scales, labour and materials
- Client liaison – the main point of contact for the client
- Quality Control – work in progress, QA, building regulations
- Health & Safety – ensure all projects adhere to HSE standards and expectations
What you need:
- Proven track record of contract management and estimating, ideally in minor works – £50,000 – £1m
- Relevant construction qualification, along with SMSTS, CSCS – black or White card is a must.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, contracts – JCT/NEC and building regulations.
- Excellent commercial acumen and analytical skills for estimating and budgeting.
- Strong leadership skills in managing site teams, subcontractors etc.
- The role will require DBS/ SC clearance and a full driving license.

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will carry out all maintenance and repairs to new build housing, ensuring the very best care and service is provided to new homeowners throughout their aftercare period.
Key responsibilities:
- Taking direction from the Customer Care Manager, ensuring all appointments are attended on time.
- Ensure the property is adequately protected before the commencement of works, including PPE and overshoes. Take relevant photographs confirming protection, before and after work and report on completion of works via email.
- Review your diary and ensure that workload is allocated appropriately, ensuring work can be completed right the first time in the time allowed and resolved promptly.
- As and when required carry out inspections of reported defects and issue a full report with photographs.
