The Role
We are seeking an experienced Logistics Manager to lead the full planning, coordination, and daily management of all site logistics operations. You will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of materials, people, and plant, working closely with the site team and supply chain to support construction progress.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the overall site logistics strategy in line with the construction programme.
- Manage a team of logistics operatives and subcontractors to ensure site efficiency and safety.
- Coordinate deliveries, traffic management, waste removal, and material distribution.
- Maintain clear communication with project management, site teams, and suppliers.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with all health, safety, and environmental procedures.
- Report on logistics performance and adapt plans as needed to support project demands.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Logistics Manager on major construction projects – data centre or large-scale infrastructure experience highly desirable.
- Strong leadership and organisational skills.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach to complex site challenges.
- Knowledge of construction logistics planning tools and traffic management protocols.
- CSCS card and relevant qualifications (SMSTS, CPCS, etc.) preferred.

About You
You’ll need to bring:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager on commercial, industrial or high-spec projects
- Strong track record in internal fit-out works
- SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
