Our payroll week runs from Saturday to Friday
You will be paid weekly in arrears e.g. your timesheet for the week ended Friday 7th January 2022 would be paid on Friday 14th January 2022
The weekly timesheet deadline is 1pm Tuesday. Timesheets not submitted by this deadline may not be processed until the next week’s payroll.
The timesheet deadline may be different for weeks affected by public holidays, such as Easter and Christmas. We will let you know about any changes, so please lookout for any communications from us.
Each week, you are responsible for ensuring that your timesheet is completed, authorised correctly, and submitted to us on time. Our clients have many different timesheet requirements, and it is really important that you comply with these. Delays in getting timesheets approved may result in a delay in getting you paid.
We highly recommend that you complete and submit your timesheet for approval before leaving your site on a Friday.
There are several different ways that we receive your timesheet from our clients. It is important that you understand what you need to do to get your timesheet processed each week. Some common timesheet types are:
You will receive logins to our portal when you start working with us. If you are using the portal for timesheets, once you have submitted your timesheet your authorizer will review it and, once approved, it will be received automatically by Sphere Payroll.
Timesheets must be completed in full to ensure that we have all the information we need to pay you. Once completed and authorised by the client, please send your timesheet to email@example.com
Some clients have their own timesheet process, where they provide us with your hours directly.
