We are partnering with a successful regional contractor based in Cornwall, delivering a wide range of civil engineering projects. With a long-standing client base that includes main contractors and local authorities, this is an exciting opportunity to join an experienced and forward-thinking commercial team.

Key Responsibilities

As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for the commercial management of projects across Cornwall and occasionally South Devon. Your main duties will include:

• Procurement and Financial Management: Subcontractor procurement
• Financial Management: Valuations, reconciliation, and final accounts
• Tendering: Assist with the tendering process and pricing

✅ Key Requirements

• HNC qualified or above in a construction-related discipline (or equivalent experience)
• Proven experience in a similar role
• Commercially astute with strong negotiation skills
• Experience across various construction sectors – all considered
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
