Senior Quantity Surveyor

I’m working with a specialist construction company to recruit a Senior QS to join an exciting scheme in Newquay, working in partnership with a Tier 1 contractor.

We are working with a specialist construction company to recruit a Senior QS to join an exciting scheme in Newquay, working in partnership with a Tier 1 contractor.

Suitable candidates will have experience in general construction but main contractor or Tier 1 background would be preferred.

Duties will include:

• Site measurements and evaluations
• Sub-contracting payments
• Commercial / financial management
• Valuations, reconciliations and final accounts
• Reporting on project profitability and managing risks
• Liaising with the Contract Manager
• Regular meeting with the Principal contractor and client

Due to the location of the site, they cannot accept applicants with a dual nationality.

On offer is a salary up to £65,000 for the right person and Car Allowance.
